Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The project is the RCBC Evans Hall Roof Replacement Project at Rowan College at Burlington County, Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The work includes the complete replacement of the EPDM roofs along with all other appurtenances at Evans Hall, located at 100 Technology Way, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. All work incidental to the roof replacement is included, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by CME Associates. Bids must be in triplicate (1 Original and 2 Copies) on the proposal forms provided and in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and proposal identification on the outside, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond drawn to the order of Rowan College at Burlington County for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Each bid must also be accompanied by a Certificate from a Surety Company stating it will provide separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. If the bid exceeds $20,000.00, the bidder must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, prior to the date that bids are received. Proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, must also be submitted with the bid. All bidders must comply with relevant New Jersey laws, including prevailing wage, affirmative action, and public works contractor registration requirements. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
