Replacement of Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) units at the courthouse. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be received in writing or via internet email by the Architect/Engineer. The identity of the Bidder asking the question is not disclosed to other Bidders. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda not later than three (3) days before the bid opening date and transmitted to all registered bidders. Question Deadline 09/02/2026 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1 . Replacement of Energy Recovery Ventilator and all related work as shown on the Construction Plans and described within the Bidding Documents. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
