Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project is to update the HVAC controls to improve energy efficiency and simplify operational control of the units. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for ODOT BLDG A HVAC Controls Replacement (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT") (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for approval of equivalents, and questions 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in OregonBuys for this ITB. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $100,000 to $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Substantial Completion: January 20, 2027 Final Completion: January 30, 2027 ODOT may reject all Bids for good cause upon its finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Agency will issue written findings if all Offers are rejected.
