THIS PROJECT INVOLVES REPLACING TWO EXISTING MOTORIZED VEHICULAR ENTRY GATES AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE DPSST CAMPUS. THE SCOPE INCLUDES INSTALLATION OF TWO NEW SWING GATES WITH GATE OPERATORS, INFILL FENCING, AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL WORK TO SUPPORT GATE OPERATION, SECURITY SYSTEMS, AND COMMUNICATIONS . Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to the Purchaser/SPC identified in Section A.2 by the deadline provided in the Solicitation Schedule (September 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM). Requests and solicitation protests must be received by the Purchaser/SPC by the deadline. Questions must be submitted in writing via email with the subject line including the Bid Request for: Approval of Equivalents / Clarification / Change / Protest of ITB Provisions and the body of the email including ITB Number and Bid Opening Date. Contracting Agency may post question and answer documents on OregonBuys to respond to inquiries when Contracting Agency determines, in its sole discretion, the answers do not effect changes to this ITB. Contracting Agency may also informally respond to Bidder questions. When appropriate, including approval of equivalents, Contracting Agency will amend the ITB via Addendum.
