Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Deadline 09/22/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Any questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the office of the Contracts and Procurement Division, by email contracts@cityofsalem.net. Removal and replacement of fencing and gates around the Shops Complex. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. 1. Bid three sections (yellow, red and orange) separately. City reserves the right to accept any combination of the bids. 2. Provide 6' minimum height temporary fencing and lockable gates during construction to secure property when not actively installing systems. 3. Replace all chain link fencing in each section with 1" vinyl coated black chain link fabric, all new fencing and gates to be 6' tall. 4. Determine condition of each post, if in good shape and straight, paint post as fiscally reasonable (Satin Black oil based exterior paint) . 5. Replace all top rail with new black. 6. Replace all bottom tension wire with new black. 7. Any existing signage on fencing to be removed, saved and reinstalled on new fencing in same location. 8. Remove two (2) arborvitaes. Roots to stay, cut stumps to grade. 9. Remove and dispose of any trees and shrubs as needed. 10. Work to be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
