The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $250,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Substantial Completion: September 30, 2026 Final Completion: October 1, 2026 Bid Security. Bidder must provide bid security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the Bid ("Bid Security") prior to Closing. ODOT will accept the following forms of Bid Security: (a) Bid bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the State. If Bid Security is furnished by means of a Bid bond, the State Bid Bond Form, provided as Attachment A, Form A-3, is the required form to be used for this ITB and it must be uploaded as an electronic file on OregonBuys. At any time during the solicitation, upon request or demand by ODOT, Bidder must immediately furnish the original of any Bid Security submitted via electronic means to the SPC. (b) A fully executed certified or cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by an Insured Institution as defined in ORS 706.008. If using one of these methods, Bidder shall contact SPC to arrange for delivery prior to Closing. ODOT may reject all Bids for good cause upon its finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Agency will issue written findings if all Offers are rejected.
