General contractor services for the remodel of an existing building structure. Location- 92630 Cape Arago Hwy Coos Bay, Oregon 9742 The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing structures into safe, functional, durable, and code-compliant transitional housing facilities . The project will require extensive renovation of the existing units, correction of existing deficiencies, and replacement or installation of building systems, fixtures, equipment, and finishes as necessary to provide fully functional residential and support spaces. The completed facility will generally consist of: Six (6) living units each with a full kitchen and full bathroom. One (1 ) laundry room, kitchen and restroom only. One (1) meeting room , Three (3 ) offices and a restroom only. One (1 ) fully enclosed kennel area located at the end of Unit #7. The project includes a substantial interior remodel of the designated units. Unless otherwise indicated in the construction documents, the Contractor should anticipate demolition of existing interior finishes and components as necessary to expose the existing framing and building systems. Work may include: oRemoval of existing wall finishes. o Removal of existing flooring. Removal of existing cabinetry and countertops. Removal of existing plumbing fixtures as required. Removal of existing electrical components and wiring being replaced. oRemoval of existing appliances. o Removal of damaged, deteriorated , or unusable materials. o Proper disposal of demolition and construction debris.
