Demolition, site work and remodeling of a municipal facility in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 7,488-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for Coos Bay Office Building Remodel (the Project) for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT") (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work, includes, but is not limited to Demolition of existing demountable wood framed walls, relocation of selected demountable walls and new wood framed walls, construction of a new ADA restroom , addition of new electrical and data ports, relocation of ceiling mounted lighting, new transaction window, (1 ) female ADA and (1 ) male ADA compliant portable restrooms and other related miscellaneous items. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes $100,000 to $250,000 Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for approval of equivalents, and questions 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in OregonBuys for this ITB.
