The Contractor shall furnish all labor , equipment , and materials necessary to complete all work in accordance with the plans , the specifications , and the terms of the Contract . This section also specifies work constraints relating to sequencing and phasing of the new improvements . PROJECT LOCATION 1. EMPIRE WAVE ATTENUATOR & STEEL PILES 2. The work is located at Empire Boat Docks 152 S. Ross Street in Coos Bay , Oregon and is situated at west of Newmark Blvd. & S. Empire Blvd. For more specific locations , see the location and vicinity maps on the Plans . PROJECT SCOPE A. The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing of the labor , materials , and equipment for the construction of the following : PERMITS AND LICENSE REQUIREMENT Construction permits from the County such as plumbing , associated electrical , grading , etc. shall be obtained and purchased by the Contractor . The Contractor shall comply with the requirements from permits issued by the Owner . The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits as required for the construction .
