Removal and replacement of existing utilities on and around a pier in Coos Bay, Oregon. Work includes replacing potable water piping, connections, and fittings on the pier; installing new valves, valve boxes, and pipe supports on shore; and removing and replacing 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical conduit, cabling, receptacles, and switches on the pier. The project also includes installation of new circuit breakers on shore with underground conduit, replacement of on-shore light posts, removal and replacement of 4x4 and 2x4 wooden railing along the pier, procurement and installation of ladder access to a floating dock, and replacement of a life ring compartment attached to piping. Construction activities will involve limited ground disturbance, work on top of and alongside the pier, and work beneath the pier accessed by boat. All newly installed systems shall undergo certified testing upon completion. Location: Coos Bay Pier, Coos Bay, OR 97420 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
