Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,850-square-foot library.
Work on this Contract consists of removing existing roofing and providing and installing a complete single-ply membrane roofing system at the upper Library roof at Coos Bay School District's Marshfield High School, a total area of approximately 4,850 sq. ft. Work also includes flashings, roof drains, overflow drain piping, and replacement floodlights. An alternate bid consists of providing metal panels at exterior parapet locations. Bids shall be submitted to the Architect via electronically or by mail/hand delivery and be identified as: BID for Marshfield High School Library Reroof. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the bid closing time via remote phone-in conference call. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be held at the job site. Prime bidding contractors are required to attend. Construction Documents for this work may be examined at the Office of the Architect, various Plan Centers, and the architect's website. General Contractors are encouraged to contact the architect and register their interest in submitting a bid and to be included on the plan holders' list. One set of drawings, specifications and contract documents may be obtained by prime bidders from the architect, upon deposit.
