Remove and replace existing oil piping and an oil tank located in Coos Bay, OR. Work includes removing and replacing approximately 275 feet of bilge oil piping, connections, valves, couplings, elbows, and pipe supports; replacement of a 550 gallon used oil tank; re-using the concrete pad and elevating the new tank 1 foot; and replacing approximately 300 feet of separate used oil piping, connections, valves, couplings, elbows, and pipe supports, as well as certified testing post installation. 6.1 Task 1 - Provide Above Ground Storage Tank (AST), CLIN 0001 Provide one (1) above ground storage tank in accordance with requirements listed in section 7.1.1 . Submit product data prior to procuring materials. Deliver the above ground storage tank to Coos Bay United States Army Corps of Engineers Dock prior to the start of Task 3 onsite work. Payment will be made for the procurement and delivery of the above ground storage tank to Coos Bay United States Army Corps of Engineers Dock. Amount will be measured by job and based on COR inspection and confirmation of delivered materials. Task 2 - Provide Piping Systems (Bilge Oil and Used Oil), CLIN 0002 Provide piping systems for approximately 250 feet of bilge oil piping and approximately 275 feet of used oil piping in accordance with requirements listed in section 7.1.2. Submit product data prior to procuring materials. Deliver the piping systems to Coos Bay United States Army Corps of Engineers Dock prior to the start of Task 3 onsite work. Payment will be made for the procurement and delivery of the piping to Coos Bay United States Army Corps of Engineers Dock. Amount will be measured by job and based on COR inspection and confirmation of delivered materials. Task 3 - Removal and Disposal of the Existing System and Installation of the New System, CLIN 0003 Provide all pre-work submittals as listed in Section 7 for government review and approval prior to the start of any onsite work. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, including mobilization and demobilization, required to remove and dispose of the existing used oil tank and associated piping and for the installation of the new above ground storage tank and associated piping and testing in accordance with the requirements of the PWS at Coos Bay United States Army Corps of Engineers Dock. Payment will be made for completion of the work and approval of all required submittals. Amount will be measured by job and based on Government inspection of the completion of requirements in PWS Sections 7 and 8.
