Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Blue Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The project shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, demolition, disposal , installation, refrigeration work, electrical connections, testing, startup, and other incidental work necessary to provide the City with a complete and fully operational combination walk-in cooler/freezer system. The intent of this Scope of Work is to provide a turnkey installation unless specific work is identified as being provided by the City or others The specific locations of the work to be done shall be contained in the special provisions section of the bid document. The Contractor shall bid on all work. All equipment, materials, and workmanship must be in accordance with the Specifications and other Contract Documents.
