BCTRA is seeking bids for the construction of the extension of the Brazoria County Expressway from 600 LF North of West Fork Chocolate Bayou to 2500 LF North of CR 58 (Croix Road). Estimated Budget: $ 213,000,000 The Contract consists of the Invitation to Bid; Instructions to Bidders, Specifications/Scope of Work; Standard Terms & Conditions; and all exhibits, attachments, agreements, requirements, drawings, specifications, and documents included, referenced, attached, and/or incorporated herein for ITB #26-63 Brazoria County Expressway Phase II as stated in the Invitation to Bid Table of Contents hereto attached and made a part hereof, together with the bond (when required), vendor's response, as well as addenda issued prior to execution of the Contract and modifications issued after execution of the Contract. The Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The specifications and plans are posted in Bonfire and labeled as follows Attachment B - Plan Set Attachment D - Special Specifications Construction of highway and road infrastructure for Phase II of the Brazoria County Expressway.
