The City of Lacey is seeking a qualified consulting firm with experience in water chemistry, treatment and well house design to complete a pre-design study and alternatives evaluation for the recently constructed Marvin Road Production Well. The contract will include pre-design, alternatives evaluation, and conceptual site plans. The selected team may also be tasked with design, permitting, and construction support of the associated treatment infrastructure, well house, and site development as a future phase of the project.
