Renovation of a municipal facility in Hillsboro, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of boiler tubes At Denmar Correctional Center and Jail , there are two (2) existing steam boilers. The existing boiler tubes in each existing steam boiler must be replaced with new. Below is additional information concerning the project. Install the boiler tubes per the manufacture's recommendations for the boiler. The contractor cannot replace the existing boiler tubes on both the existing steam boilers at the same time. The existing boiler tubes in existing steam boiler no. 1 must be replaced first. The existing boiler no. 1 must be completed and put back online prior to any work being performed on boiler no. 2. Once the boiler tubes, etc. have been replaced with boiler no. 1 and it has started up. Boiler no. 1 must operate a minimum of one (1) week, to make sure there are no issues, before the boiler tubes, etc. for boiler no. 2 are changed. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services.
