Repairs to the dewatering system at the TPC Louisiana facility. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). SCOPE OF WORK - CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY A. B. C. The repair work covered by these specifications shall consist of and include: all labor and equipment; excavation and backfill of all trenches; connections to water and electrical utilities; tools, materials, and component parts; permits, licenses, and taxes; flushing, testing, and adjusting; clean-up and guarantees; and all other foreseeable or unforeseeable costs necessary and required for the successful repair, installation, and completion of a fully functional, automatic irrigation system as specified. No deviation from these specifications is permitted without specific prior approval obtained in writing from Owner and Operator. It shall be Contractor's responsibility to repair all leaks, defective materials, and deficient workmanship in the repair work prior to acceptance of the repair work by Owner and Operator.
