The improvement includes removals, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, intakes, grading, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) driveways and sidewalks, Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, modified subbase, subdrain, rip rap, steel sheet piling, guard rail, traffic control, erosion control, restoration, seeding, and other related work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 682-246/298, located at various locations including the following sites: 3700 Block of Carpenter Avenue, 3800 Block of Franklin Avenue, 3300 Block of 62nd Street, 1000 block of County Line Road, Scott Avenue at Fourmile Creek, 2500 Block of Wedgewood Road, 3000 Block of Shadow Creek Lane, and other locations directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). Time for Commencement and Completion of Work. Work on the public improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the City Council and delivery of a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor/selected Bidder. This project shall be fully completed not later than completion date.
