Montfort Renaissance (MRI) is requesting a lump-sum proposal for the complete design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty of a 100-kw natural gas emergency power generation system in accordance with the project requirements and deliverables described in this NRFP. The work shall be substantially completed and fully operational no later than March 31, 2027. The document entitled 260710 - Montfort Renaissance - Feasibility Report - 162 Murray Street (the Feasibility Report) is included as a reference document only and is provided for information purposes. The proponent shall be solely responsible for verifying existing conditions and validating all technical information, dimensions, quantities, assumptions, constraints, utility requirements, site conditions, code requirements, permitting requirements, and constructability considerations necessary to complete the work. Reliance on the Feasibility Report shall not relieve the proponent of its responsibility to undertake all investigations, validations, design development, coordination, and engineering required to deliver a complete and fully functional system. The successful proponent shall provide a complete turnkey solution and shall be responsible for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, approvals, engineering, construction, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, temporary works, coordination activities, means and methods, and ancillary services required to deliver the project. MRI does not intend to coordinate subcontractors, complete omitted portions of the work, resolve design conflicts, supply missing components, or separately compensate activities necessary to achieve the intended project outcomes.
