Site work for a water / sewer project in Windber, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Consists mainly of the construction of approximately 1,485 linear feet (LF) of plastic stormwater piping ranging in size from ( 12 to 18) in diameter, 19 stormwater inlets, and associated appurtenances. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, & labor for the construction as shown & specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Scalp Level Borough, Cambria County, PA. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond & a Labor & Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents & executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
