Renovation of a municipal facility in Palmer, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: The project consists of the replacement of the existing air-cooled split chiller system at the Palmer District Court in Palmer, Massachusetts with a new packaged air-cooled chiller utilizing R-32 refrigerant. Work includes removal of the existing rooftop condensing unit and interior evaporator, installation of a new outdoor packaged chiller on a housekeeping pad with security and privacy screening. The work also includes the installation of a new water to propylene glycol solution heat exchanger system dedicated to the existing rooftop air handling unit. The project will be performed in an occupied courthouse and shall be coordinated to maintain ongoing operations. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/04/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids.
