Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Darlington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Boiler replacement project at the Darlington County Government Building. The current system uses a chiller to produce chilled water for cooling and a boiler to heat water for heating, with both circulating through the building's piping. Each office space has coil units on the outer perimeter walls to provide airflow, and an air make-up unit serves the building core, tying the current system together. The current boiler is original to the building, has exceeded its life expectancy, and must be replaced. The scope includes removing the old boiler, installing a new natural gas boiler, and integrating it into the existing piping system. Natural gas is already available at the building. All proposals must include a detailed plan to replace the boiler at the Darlington County Government Building.
