Renovation of a mixed-use development in Heppner, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and museum.
Morrow County invites qualified, licensed roofing contractors to submit proposals to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, safety controls, temporary protection, disposal, and incidentals necessary to replace the roof serving the Library/Museum Room at 444 N. Main Street, Heppner, Oregon 97836. The County does not have an engineer's estimate or a complete engineered design for this work. Proposers are responsible for field verification and must provide a complete, itemized cost proposal, quantities and assumptions, a description of the proposed roofing system, and all exclusions. The intent is to award a complete and watertight roof replacement based on best value to the County. The County may reject any or all proposals; waive minor informalities; seek clarification; cancel, delay, or reissue the solicitation; or modify the scope through addendum when in the public interest.
