The City of Augusta, Kansas (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects that are anticipated to occur within the next five years at the Augusta Municipal Airport (3AU) located in Augusta, Kansas. Subject to receipt of Federal funding and/or Kansas Department of Transportation - Aviation Division funding, and/or local funding, these projects may include the following: 1. Rehabilitate/Reconstruct/Expand Apron. Estimated Cost $680,000 to $3,470,000 2. Security Gates/Terminal Area Fencing. Estimated Cost $300,000 3. Rehabilitate Parallel Taxiway A. Estimated Cost $420,000 4. Rehabilitate Runway 18/36. Estimated Cost $230,000 5. Construct Hangar and Hangar Taxilane Development. Estimated Cost $500,000 to $2,000,000 6. Construct New Midfield Connector Taxiway B. Estimated Cost $600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Augusta reserves the right to reject any and/or all Statements. Submittals will become property of the City of Augusta upon submission.
