Building loading: 2018 IBC, 20 lb ground snow, 115 mph wind, 5 lb roof collateral, seismic loading for project zip code. Includes loading for large diameter fan. 1 - 40 x 14 clear framed opening with Higher Power door - sheeted and trimmed to match the building, insulated, remotes 1 - 12' x 12' framed opening with overhead door -insulated, steel both sides, operator, remotes, weather seal. Qty 1 - 3070 commercial metal insulated walk-in doors with hardware, keyed lock, 12" sq window, and weather seal. R13, 4" WMP-50 blanket insulation in the roof and walls. Overhead radiant tube heat to adequately heat the space. Propane line ran to building line. Electrical Install 150 amp service to provide power for new airplane hangar.
