Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform construction and associated items outlined on the bid form and per the City of Maryville standards and specifications. Install approximately 890' x 8 ' tall black vinyl-coated chain-link residential fence (fence should follow the contour of the grade without stepping down). Install two residential-grade 14' wide by 8' tall swing gates. The proposed materials must be NEW. Reconditioned or remanufactured materials will not be considered. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify the required length of the fence and to coordinate the gate locations with the Public Works Director. The Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. The City of Maryville will have the property line surveyed in advance. The City of Maryville will be responsible for any tree and brush removal before installing the new fence.
