Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Morris, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Livingston County is seeking sealed bids for the salt storage shed roof replacement project, located at the Livingston County Highway Department, 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, New York 14510. SCOPE OF WORK _ Furnish all materials and labor to remove existing roof and replace with metal roofing and trim to match adjacent structures. Contractor will be responsible for disposal of all materials removed from existing roof and provide a thorough clean up of debris upon completion. (nails, shingles, scrap, etc.) Building is 50' wide by 100' long _ Roof is 6/12 pitch _ Current roof is a single layer of shingles installed in early 2000's Questions regarding the Bidding Documents are to be emailed to Ashley Scutt at ashleyscutt@livingstoncountyny.gov, no later than 12:00 PM, September 11, 2026.
