Delivery Location: Little West Fork site (Lat 45.784751 , Long -114.329442) The CO or COR shall be notify 48 hour notice prior to delivery. The project shall include the construction of a single vault toilet and delivery to the Little West Fork Snowmobile Trailhead site. This project includes: 1) Production of a concrete single vault toilet: a. Minimum of a 1000 gallon concrete vault, b. ADA/ABA accessible, c. Minimum 5-foot diameter clear space in the toilet, d. Minimum 2-foot 6-inch" x 1 -foot 4-inch lockable cleanout hatch, e. Thru Screen, f. Simulated board and batten exterior, dark brown g. Simulated wood shake roof, h. Lockable metal door with door vent, right-hand door swing, i. Screened HDPE chimney, j. 2 (two) polycarbonate windows with a minimum opening of 2.5 SF, k. Lockable metal door with door vent, 1. TRC vent screen, m. 2 (two) three-roll toilet paper dispenser, n. Minimum of 2 (two) Unisex signage cast in the concrete on the exterior of the building, 1 (one) Unisex braille signage cast in the concrete near the door, and "No Trash" signage cast in concrete on the interior, One stall vault toilet 2) Delivery of the vault and SST the Little West Fork site (Lat 45.784751, Long114.329442). See attached map for best delivery route 3) Drawings shall be submitted for review and approval. All colors shalll be Forest Service approved color at no additional cost to the government.
