Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in S Royalton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Reconstruction of the accessible entrance at the Royalton Academy Building, including the porch, ramp, and entryway threshold. Question Deadline 09/14/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions must also be submitted to the address below by the specified date and time. Submit to: Harry Falconer Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission hfalconer@trorc.org The scope of work is to rebuild the building's accessible entrance, which is severely deteriorated. This will include rebuilding the porch, ramp, and threshold. The ramp slope and entryway threshold both need to be lowered to bring the entrance into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The contractor will correct the problems identified in the attached accessibility audit (SEE APPENDIX B). Design plans are not available, however, they are not required, and the contractor may choose their own approach to corrective measures or include an allowance for architectural services in their bid if they choose.
