The contract covered by this invitation to tender is required for a period of three seasons from its date of commencement. The provisional start date for the services is 1 November 2026. Tenderers wishing to receive clarification regarding the invitation to tender must submit their enquiry in writing to the email address specified below, taking care to quote the contract number. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification from a tenderer that does not result in any amendment to the tender documents if such a request is submitted five working days or less before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
