Site work and new construction of a library in Manhattan, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot library; and for site work for a library.

The Board of Library Trustees of the Manhattan Elwood Public Library District requests Architect Statements of Qualifications related to design and construction of a proposed replacement of the Manhattan Elwood Public Library building on its present site or possibly at a new location. The Library serves a population of 15,266. The current library building is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. The Library is considering a new building between 15,000 and 20,000 square feet. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
