The project consists of resurfacing the parking and operational lot at the Lee County Maintenance Facility located at 306 S. Hennepin Avenue, Dixon, Illinois. The work generally includes removal and legal disposal of existing asphalt pavement; excavation and preparation of the existing subgrade as required; grading and compaction; installation of 2 inches of hot-mix asphalt binder course and 2 inches of hot- mix asphalt surface course, for a total compacted asphalt thickness of 4 inches; traffic control; cleanup; site restoration; and related work necessary to provide a complete project. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision , materials, equipment, tools, hauling, disposal, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
