The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase III engineering services are required for various projects in District Two. The Consultant must provide sufficient staff to perform all engineering services required to complete the projects. The projects may include construction inspection, documentation of pay quantities and related forms for record keeping, Construction & Materials Management System (CMMS) documentation, on-site Quality Assurance material testing, verification of construction layout including GPS work for layout and documentation, submittal of pay estimates, change orders, night-time inspection as needed, and all other work required to complete the projects. The Consultant will be responsible for ensuring contractors complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
