The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Region Two/District Three Office in Ottawa. Phase II engineering services are required for the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for various bridge rehabilitation, bridge painting, culvert repair, sign structure inspection and replacement, pavement patching, pavement resurfacing, lighting and traffic signal structures upgrade or repair, and other similar types of plans prepared by the District Bureau of Operations. The typical project scope may include items such as bridge deck patching and concrete overlay, approach pavement repairs, expansion joint repairs, bearing replacement, superstructure and substructure repairs, scour countermeasures, traffic control, wingwall repairs, culvert repair/replacement, pavement patching, field review and survey, repairs to intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and other similar repair work.
