Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Bolton, Massachusetts. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
A new athletic field is planned on the site of the existing Nashoba Regional High School following demolition of the current building. The project building committee has approved changing the field surface from natural grass to artificial turf, subject to further local approvals. The field will support increased athletic use, reduce maintenance costs, and create rental revenue opportunities. If approved, construction would follow demolition of the old school and be completed for summer 2028 use.
