We are requesting finalized pricing based on the final bid documents. Project is a renovation of an existing building to a Performing Arts Center. The project also includes alternates that include exterior building enclosure and site work. Project consists of an interior remodel of an existing gymnasium building to a performing arts center. The project also has alternates that include renovating additional restroom areas within the building. Selective demolition, general trades, aluminum and glazing, flooring and tile, painting and finishes, auditorium seating, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work for the interior remodel of a gymnasium into a performing arts center.
