The City and County of Denver is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the Red Rocks Backstage Expansion & Accessibility Improvements project located at 18300 W Alameda Parkway, Morrison, CO 80465. The project includes an addition to the south side of the existing backstage building being remodeled, to house dressing rooms, dining room, a kitchen, offices, and back of house space. All of which will address current ADA issues, improve performer experience, provide direct stage level access, and make arrival and loading more efficient.
