Reference Number 00005183272 Providence Health Care (PHC), the "Owner", intends to negotiate an amendment and extension to the existing Construction Management Agreement with PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. for Construction Management services associated with the interior fit-out of the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) and Simulation Centre within the Clinical Support and Research Centre (CSRC) Project. Contractors or Construction Management firms may challenge this decision by sending an email to Michael Yu by September 11th at 15:00 hours local time. Provide evidence demonstrating your qualifications, relevant experience, available resources, and ability to provide equivalent construction management services for a highly integrated healthcare, research, and simulation facility project of similar complexity within the required project schedule.
