Description

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,560-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

Construction of a 40' by 64' tensioned fabric salt sand storage building installed atop 8' tall concrete walls. Town of Little Rice seeks bids for a salt sand storage building intended to hold approximately 800 tons of salt sand. The structure shall have a footprint of approximately 40'-wide by 64'-long. It shall be constructed of a tensioned fabric building installed atop an 8'- tall concrete walls. It shall be a 3-sided structure with a completely open front for access. The structure shall consist of a double truss hot dipped galvanized steel. Snow load must meet 70 pounds per square foot for Oneida County. The Town is responsible for all surface preparation including grading, compacting, gravel, slabs/floors, etc. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid or portion thereof they deem most advantageous to the town.
