Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monticello, Indiana. Working plans call for the construction of a 6,344-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
As per the Owner the project has been postponed. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Construction of a new post-frame building (52'x122' exterior dimensions) including 5' high concrete interior walls, 6x6 wood columns, wood trusses, and metal roof and wall panels. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). The interior height is anticipated to be 5' high concrete, and the rest of the building will be post-frame structure on top of the concrete walls . The post-frame structure is to be constructed with 6"x6" wood columns at 8' on center with wood trusses at 4' on center. The exterior is to be metal roof and wall panels over 2 x girts and roof purlins. Question Deadline 09/17/2026 Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting.
