Construction of park pavilion improvements including all required building, plumbing, and electrical work. Concrete Remove all existing concrete and block wall Leave area open where the plumbers need to do their work Four-foot (4') border around the building separated from the floating slab Finish floor when plumbing is done Building Currently 80' x 33' Finishing off 40' x 33' Windows are 48 x 48, none operating that size can vary in a small amount Dual opening steel door on west wall Two (2) flip out style windows on the west wall made by "Flip Out Windows" more than likely sizing of 72" x 42" Outside of building will be LP Smartside In the unfinished section the rafters will be wrapped also in LP Smartside and the openings between rafters covered with aluminum soffit material Post will also be wrapped in LP Smartside Framing of the outside walls can be 2'6 framed walls between the post or horizontal framing HVAC Heating and A/C the finished area for year-round use Plumbing Two (2) bathrooms - handicap accessible with toilet, sink, and a urinal Sink in kitchen area Hot water heater Electrical Four (4) flush mount lights in each set of rafter space on the outside section Question Deadline 09/22/2026 Direct questions about this Project to Ben Sanderson at 763.496.5267 and pwsupervisor@hanovermn.gov.
