Removing and disposing of existing timber pilings, driving new steel piles, and constructing a new aluminum gangway support frame at a marine facility. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. This contract provides for improvements to the County's marine facility in Eastsound on Orcas Island, San Juan County, WA. Work includes, but is not limited to: removing and disposing of the existing timber pilings; driving new steel piles; constructing a new aluminum gangway support frame; and other work, to be performed in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction, 2026 edition (WSS), all of which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department Contact the Public Works Department by phone at (360) 370-0500 or by email at pubwks@sanjuancountywa.gov, with any questions.
