Renovation of an educational facility in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This is a fence replacement project involving removal and installation of fencing at Ohio University's Bob Wren Baseball Stadium. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Building base bid scope of work includes the replacement of the existing wood sideline and outfield fence with a new chain link fence, poles, and footers. Site improvements include demolition and new work associated with the Alternate 01 new 16' high right outfield fence. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 60 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 09/10/2026 Bidder shall submit a written Request for Interpretation ("RFI") to the A/E for an interpretation or clarification. The A/E shall respond to RFIs received more than 7 days before the bid opening.
