Renovation of a municipal facility in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts on two buildings, including installation of new commercial grade seamless K style 6 inch gutters, leaf guard systems, and patch/repair of associated siding boards. Gutter and Downspout Removal and Replacement a. Work shall occur on both buildings at the address. Main Headquarters and Fish Work Unit building both located at same location. Contractor shall: 1. Remove and dispose of all existing gutters and downspouts and hardware securing these materials. 2. Install new commercial grade, seamless K style 6 inch gutters, or an equivalent product. 3. Install a professional leaf guard system on all gutters. 4. Install gutters and downspouts with correct required slope for draining without leaks at corners, miters or joints. Provide a number of downspouts and splash guards for proper water draining and roof pitch design requirements to prevent water overflow. 5. Patch and repair any damage to current building and siding boards that may occur with removal of old gutter and downspout system. 6. Secure and install with industry approved fasteners, screws and weather resistant materials Question Deadline 09/30/2026 at 10:00 AM ET
