Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Roscommon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.

As of September 22, 2026 Project has been awarded to Nighthawk Electric, Inc. Awarded amount is not available. Electrical support for high school auditorium stage lighting upgrade, including removal of existing dimming and control panels, installation of new dimming racks, touchscreen and button control stations, conduit, Cat5e cabling, and associated terminations. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental work necessary to complete the electrical support. The scope shall include: Remove the existing dimming panel and install the new dimming/Sensor Rack panel in the designated electrical closet. Pull individual neutral conductors from the stage electrical panel to the electrical closet panel location where the new panel will be installed. Install new conduit as required to accommodate the new neutral conductor pathway. Remove the existing lighting control panel device and replace it with a new touchscreen station. Remove existing button control devices and replace them with new button stations. Install all equipment identified on the Sensor Rack Bill of Materials (BOM). Pull new Cat5e cable from the controller to each touchscreen station. Complete all electrical, control, and low-voltage terminations required for the installed equipment. Remove existing equipment included within the project scope and legally dispose of removed materials and project debris. Test contractor-installed wiring, devices, and terminations for proper electrical continuity and installation, and coordinate turnover with the stage lighting contractor and RAPS. System setup, programming, and theatrical lighting control commissioning will be performed by the stage lighting contractor and are not part of this electrical contractor scope.
