Replace and install remote annunciator panels for the boiler plant at the Fayetteville VAMC. POP Begin: 09-18-2026 POP End: 12-01-2026 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The place of performance for this contract is Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. 2. SCOPE OR TASKS (FOR SERVICES) The contractor shall replace and install (2) new remote annunciator panels to meet the NFPA 99, Health Care facilities Code (2021) standards (6.7.1.2.7 Alarm Annunciator). The contractor will perform all site evaluations and research to verify the required materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. The contractor will perform all labor associated with the installation of the new, and removal of old annunciator panels, wiring/cabling, conduit removal/installation, /testing, and any other relevant duties. Contractor will provide all necessary equipment, hardware, materials required to accomplish the services as described in the statement of work (SOW) Scope BLD 34: Vendor will supply and install required wire/cabling (approximately 300' distance) to feed from the existing annunciator panels located at each generator (BLG 34) to the remote annunciator panels located in BLDG 11 with existing conduit BLD 11 : Vendor will supply and install (2) new remote annunciator panels at new location located in the boiler plant control room and all required materials Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to Jonathan Lamb at Jonathan.Lamb@va.gov by September 14th at 7:00am EST.
