Construction of drainage improvements including installation of drainage structures, pipes, exfiltration trenches, swale improvements, roadway excavation, backfilling, compaction, grading, roadway base preparation, pavement milling, and resurfacing. This Project consists of constructing drainage systems along S.W. 36th Court to address recurring flooding. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing drainage structures, drainage pipes, exfiltration trenches, swale improvements, milling and resurfacing, all in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. This Project's construction improvements are indicated on the Plans, Details, Specifications and Contract Documents for this project. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the TOWN . Questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Division at procurement@tppfl.gov no later than 5:00 PM on or before Monday, September 28, 2026. The project consists of the construction of drainage improvements along S.W. 36th Court to address recurring flooding and improve the existing stormwater management system. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation, and services necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the approved Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documents, applicable standards, and the requirements of the Town . The Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of drainage structures, drainage pipes, exfiltration trenches, swale improvements, roadway excavation , backfilling, compaction and grading; preparation of roadway base to required lines, grades and elevations; pavement milling and resurfacing. All work, materials, and services not expressly shown or specifically identified in the Contract Documents, but which are reasonably necessary for the complete and proper construction, installation, operation, and restoration of the improvements, shall be furnished and performed by the Contractor as though originally specified or shown, at no additional cost to the Town.
