Renovation of a retail development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Replacement of two existing 25-ton rooftop HVAC units serving the Quay Market, including mechanical, roofing, structural, electrical, drainage, access, sequencing, protection, reinstatement, testing, and closeout work. The Work includes removal of the two existing rooftop units and installation of two new rooftop units, including new curb adapters, reconnection to existing supply and return air systems, associated roof curb and waterproofing work, structural support and fastening requirements, electrical disconnection and reconnection, maintenance receptacles, emergency scupper/drainage modifications, controls, testing, commissioning support, and closeout documentation. The Work also includes all access, sequencing, temporary protection, cutting, patching, reinstatement, and coordination required to complete the Work. Interior work will be required below the rooftop unit curb locations, including access through hard ceiling areas within the men's and women's washrooms, protection of the washroom spaces, completion of underside fastening/blocking work, cleanup, patching, painting, and making good of disturbed areas to match existing conditions.
