Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The City of Delta is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete the South Delta Recreation Centre RTU Upgrade at 1720 56 Street, Delta, BC. The project generally includes the removal and disposal of the existing rooftop unit RTU-1, existing roof curb and associated ancillaries, and the supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of one new dual-fuel packaged rooftop unit serving the facility.
