Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 94,450-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center.
Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to the Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre Replacement, Winskill Park, 5575 9th Ave, Delta, BC. C-007 Unit Masonry / Masonry Veneer The Winskill Aquatic and Fitness Centre Renewal is a multi-phase tendered project that will provide the public with a new facility containing: 10 lane 25-meter lap pool, teaching pool, hot and cold plunge pool and leisure pool c/with water toys and water slide, sauna, steam room, exercise area, gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms and space for community user groups. This phase of tendering consists of the supply and installation of concrete masonry units, and concrete masonry veneer. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All documents in regard to this Public Tender are available to download from the Construction Manager. To gain access to the Tender documents please contact Nicole Wheeler via email at nwheeler@unitechcm.ca with the contract that you will be bidding on (Winskill C-007) and they will respond with access instructions. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
